I'm basically at the absolute bottom of all 268 men there and I'm below the women's average. From what I can make out from the graphs there's one 44 year old guy who seems to be around 50kg with similar muscle mass. If my scale is 5% off then I can make like the 5th percentile. The study was on healthy Americans so asking 4chan if maybe basement dwellers and Indians can have similar values, or shit's fucked and it's not fixable with just gym and diet.
