Jesus was the lion of Judah. Historically that means Jesus was a "jew," but ironically, He was the first one to call out the tribe for their evil.
He told the jews they are
>children of Satan
>murderers of the prophets
>not the chosen people
>serpents
>vipers
>unable to escape damnation
>guilty of the unforgivable sin
considering Christian theology, God was made flesh as Jesus and chose to land in enemy territory. He chose this not only to rebuke the most evil people on earth, but He knew His task would be to accept being murdered in public after living a perfect life.
The only people capable of this extreme act of evil were....the jews.
