I can't remember the last time Yasuo and Yone were "weak" for more than two patches in a row

They just have this thing where their champ artificially inflates their rank without even having to try, so they get higher than they should be, and have actually ZERO CLUE what to do when someone actually challenges them in any way.
They don't know what a bad fight for their champ looks like at all.
