There is something I don't get, if they adhere to the rules and make Altria books and are able to make into top 10 then they will be allowed to make books of whatever they want, is that correct?

But if the event takes place on the last day when the fuck they will present and sell the books they actually want to make?
After they win the bet the festival will be already over so they wont be able to present the books they wanted to make in first place.

In the end aren't they simply accepting the rules of the committee?
