I use a eno skylite with a insulated inflateable pad stuffed inside and a lightweight down bag. The flat lay is more comfy because you can side/belly sleep. Plus you can flip it over and sit on it like a chair around camp. It can also be used as a bivy bag if no trees around. less than 10lbs. worth a try.
