It depends on if they have enough manpower to even support those IPs period or if there's anyone (outside or within the company) who WANTS to work on those IPs and can do a competent job on them.
I don't see EPD wanting to do Conker and they might bury him harder than they did Time Twist.
Seavor himself said Conker's the kind of game he'd never expect to come out of a Rare that was fully owned by Nintendo.

I get why people want Playtonic to work on Banjo-Kazooie but I still get why Playtonic would want to make Banjo-Kazooie (aside from sales).
It'd be cheaper and more fulfilling if they just stuck to the IPs they do have (especially when they're blatant expies of the bear and bird to begin with) rather than shell out millions acquiring Banjo-Kazooie (as well as other Rare IP in case it's an all or nothing type deal)
