If we obey scaling perfectly, you get regular Humans and buildings in Dragon Ball being planetary/universal/multiversal+ above the main characters like Goku and scenarios like Master Roshi during the first tournament arc being way stronger than Brolly in Dragon Ball Super.

Master Roshi could blow up the Moon way back then, but Brolly can barely break some ice in the Earth's North Pole. According to Scalers, either Master Roshi was way stronger or that ice is tougher than moon/planets/a whole galaxy/the universe.

Power Scalers want to have it both ways, but you can't.
