how do you longterm chastity users deal with peeing? I tried a catheter for the first time last week and it just hurt an insane amount trying to insert it. Do i need a very small tube or is it normal to hurt the first time and u just get used to it?(i got a very small dick)

Also, why does every chastity cage catheter come with a metal part on both ends? do i really want a metal end to be all the way inside my urine bladder?
