Seconding the catheter part. It doesn't really do anything to feel good anyway.

I tried quite a few, and even the thinnest, softest silicone catheter (no bigger than a thick string) was super uncomfortable when I put anything in my butt. Almost painful even, and would cause internal inflammation that lasts for 2-3 days.
