Initially, it'll be uncomfortable. Make sure the ring isn't too tight, or too loose, and makes sure your cage is small enough to fit you; too big is, ironically, far more uncomfortable than too small. If you over-estimated your size, you might have to buy a new cage. You're going to have trouble with morning wood waking you up at first, but eventually your body will just... get used to it.

That's a camisole. A short one, it might be hard to find one exactly like that. I'm not really a fan of them, personally, so I've never looked.
