I'm surprised no one's made an RPG that plays up the whole 'class identity' memes into reality like the OP picture.

>Gotta make a party and reach the deepest floor of the dungeon
>rogue who is a dickhead, randomly disappears and steals loot/chests before you can get to them
>warrior who is an unga bunga retard and pulls half the floor every battle
>mage who is an autist who insists on stopping every 5 minutes so they can ponder their orb and refresh spells
>cleric who has to constantly be tard wrangled away from booze, women and gambling or he loses his divine powers
>ranger who is lazy and is sitting at the back of the party barely doing anything and gets bitchy when you tell her to pull her weight, ends up shooting own party members accidentally
>druid who simply refuses to wear clothes, creeps everyone out and gets arrested everytime they go back to town
>warlock who is extremely powerful and efficient but WILL inevitably betray you at the most inconvenient time

A game with dark comedy/tone with stuff like this would be a lot of fun.
