I stopped drinking sodas, stopped eating fast food, yet I keep falling back into my sugar addiction when it comes to bakery goods and ice cream sandwiches.

I tried buying raisin bran cereal and eating that with zero cal sweetener whenever I get the craving, but I just ended up going crazy and buying sweets again. I don't eat it all in one day, it's not me binging. I will eat it slowly throughout the days snacking until it eventually runs out, the calories add up though. So does the cost.

Do I replace it with zero cal soda and fruit like grapes/bananas? I dont like soda much but anything cherry cola related isnt too bad. Idk else what to do.
