That's a very high standard you're setting for yourself, and that's a great mindset to have, but I just want to reach like the normal-average person feats lol. I'm not inherently ugly I think, even though I look too much like my dad who... Looks like shit now, desu, but it is hard finding anyone who's interested if I'm so heavy. I still want to be a bit big, but just on a level where I'm healthy. I want to be better for me, and then someone will inevitably come again and probably give me another crisis right as I get some stability kek.

Trauma does stuff to your brain, I can't lie. I'm trying to not reach a level where I let my brain just- react like a scared animal before every minimum warning or triggering thing. It takes a lot of patience to deal with someone with BPD, but I feel we're quite loving and good people to have around, as a ride or die situation. If we realize our toxic traits, though. Not every BPD person is bad, not every BPD person is an angel.
