Clevatess is one of four devil beast king, not THE devil beast king
the others have their own abilities and strength too, they all have demon blood immortality and Clevatess only really fought against their servants.

it looks bad for humanity to be cornered on all side but a devil beast king cannot go on a global rampage without the others protecting their territories. it would've been different if the four are in alliance or serve a bigger devil, but they're not.
