that's called an outlap, it's a warmup. most sims don't even count that lap.

what i'm trying to get you to understand is that your lap time is completely irrelevant until you have the skill to improve it willingly and not just fart really hard for 14km and then ask someone else "was that good?" like idk retard, was it? you drove it. how the fuck would i know?

that game has a very fucked up tire model and you have a lot more grip than irl so i would consider whatever performance you get out of it to be entirely suspect. there is some bug where at certain slip angles you have effectively infinite grip and if you can figure out what that is you can just shit on irl laptimes with any car.
