I love the gaysaar but it's currently fated to be mid. Long cooldown period makes it bad for ammo conservation despite being a genuine infinite ammo item. It also makes missing a shot WAY TOO painful. Miss the mark with RR, it's barely an itch due to the five second reload. They should add a mobile reload feature to QC which lets you discard the heat sink instead of waiting for it. That would level things.
