Does anyone have any good tips / advice for dealing with overbearing lust and sexual thoughts? It is a constant challenge for me walking down the street I'm lusting over and ogling at every girl I see. I have sex probably every few weeks and don't watch porn so I don't understand why it is so intense to the point of feeling overwhelmed by such thoughts. I live in a big city so there are attractive people everywhere, when I visit my parents in a smaller village it is less of a problem.
