Healing m+ has been absolute tortuous cancer ever since the mode was added in legion
>every affix is a healer affix
>tanks never wait for your mana
>niggers stand in fire to PVMP thinking you can just heal them
>tanks don't use defensives
>every pack has 20 mechanics and aoe out of the ass so you must cycle cooldowns on repeat
>incredibly stressful and thankless job
It gets slightly easier as you go up and avoidable damage starts instakilling idiots but unavoidable damage gets everyone so low that you have to heal like crazy and god help you if you don't use defensives.
How anyone can enjoy that torture is beyond me
