on the 4th of july i had this knife fall out of my pocket in some tall grass while walking and it's totally gone. i looked around with a flashlight for like 45 minutes.
it's not even a great knife or anything. meyerco wharning. it was like 25$ when it was new. but, i really like the way the blade looks and there's like nothing that is going to be the same.

it was a spring assist which i thought was pretty retarded at first, but the spring was so strong on this it was practically a switchblade. like, if you closed it a little and let go, it would lock itself back. it would open really violently which was cool.

looking at replacements, there's really nothing that has this sort of look, which is insane to me. i'm considering buying an automatic wharncliffe with a close-enough blade look, and just grinding the back down flat.
