I have, 4 separate times. For the stealing and burglary, I can't argue with the punishment I faced. For the narcotic sales though... (LSD & MDA) I don't believe that I should've faced the consequences that I did. Especially considering that these compounds are being used and studied in legitimate clinical trials.
