Not that I've seen yet. They really were careful to scrub stuff, haven't found any portraits for named characters that aren't in the demo, just some generic NPCs.
There's actually a lot of empty mech texture files labeled _dummy so that's probably a bunch of stuff removed for attacks that aren't in the demo anyways.

I did find a conversation background that might be from Delta, on the ship, nothing exciting though.

Guess I'll see if there's anything in the readable bits I was able to extract.
