Arena takes forever to get the gems to get the most of it. If you're not spending a lot of time to get 15 wins per day, then it will take 20 days (almost a month) to get enough coins to draft for gems. With 15 wins per day, it still takes around 10 days to get the gems. Unless you're trying to rig drafts with a bunch of accounts, you're just as likely to get little from the drafts. Might as well just do something else instead like go to Cockatrice/Xmage to play for free and make whatever deck you want with whatever art you want FOR FREE WITHOUT GRIND.
