>Russia voluntarily disarmed itself (it, btw, did no such thing besides minor nuclear deproliferation)
The two nuclear disarmament treaties would have reduced nuclear stockpiles by like 95%. Russia also agreed to other arms controls agreements such as intermediate missiles, among other things. It was the United States that backed out of those treaties, retard.

>after using the arms to forcefully keep states inside the Union.
Chechnya was not an SSR(IE it was never an independent state). It was an integral part of Russia. It's kind of like South Ossetia or Abkhazia in Georgia which the west is still crying about. Moreover, the Chechen War did not use nukes or really any heavy weapons. It was a relatively light conflict. Russia employing about 40k soldiers as something akin to a police action against largely irregular forces supported by foreign governments. In the end Russia largely granted Chechnya autonomy, and heavily subsidizes them to do this day.

>That is totally not an utopic fabrication and excuse for the crimes the central Communist Authority inflicted upon member states and its population.
I was discussing events after the Cold War, retard. Every major European country committed all kinds of crimes in the past(see Germany). You're just being a nitpicking faggot because you want to argue. I was only here to explain Russian foreign-policy/strategy so you could better understand history.

>there was Russian soldiers in Donbas 8 years before Nordstream exploded.
Very few. Mostly they were some officers who helped organize the opposition, and they were lightly armed. Russia only began funneling in ground forces when Ukraine attempted a major operation as a backstop.

Regardless, what does America blowing up nordstream have to do with a few Russian special OPs in the Donbas?
