In any case I just think it wouldve been cool if we could see both good and bad scavs like we do for all of the other gangs, even maelstrom has brick and some chill dudes at totentanz, the only scav I can think of that comes even close to neutral is that dude you meet who has you deliver the gonk in the trunk to the tyger claws
