Nah, I agree with the other anon. Lucy does count. In the early strips, she teased a crush on Charlie Brown every now and then. In the later strips, there was an arc where he ended up in the hospital and didn't seem to get better. Out of all of Charlie's friends, Lucy was visibly the most distressed and terrified about his illness.
