I think anyone who enjoyed the Vita ecchi beat ump ups of olde could get something nice out of it. It's not the best no doubt, I kind of get a very lite-Yakuza series vibe out of the fights I guess.
Costume hunting and customizing (the color customization is so amazing you can customize panties patterns/colors) is by far and away the biggest draw, I won't lie. I'm satiated just fine with the combat that's here though.
