I will go to watch Jurassic world to the cinema with my cousin and his wife.

Survivor Series actually, but yes.

I regualrly haveintrusive negative thoughts at night, I am not talking about feeling sad per se, more like thinking how easily my loved ones could die violently in a car crash and things like that.
