We can. But like the other anon said, this is exactly the stupid bullshit that killed the original relays. You would get these absolute basement IQ niggers griefing the run, and then screaming "VETOOOOOO" when you called them on their bad behavior. It led to a lot of branched runs and infighting, and created a toxic environment in which anons could not trust other anons, and relays depend on trust to work.
