i still having the same issue. I tried with older versions like blender-2.60 and seems works but when i tried to open a blender file the whole mesh was fucked up

AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics are already updated.

But Blender download page literally it says "Compatible with Windows 11, 10, and 8.1"...
