just do 200 summons on her so you can also get her pity costume and then stop rolling for her. After that, go roll for summer teresse until she's +5, don't roll on summer justia. After you have Wilhemina ~+2/3 and a +5 summer Teresse, you should use all your tickets on the 12 banner, just copy these exact units, and don't stop until everyone of them is at least +1 (but if they're already +5, obviously replace them with another great unit). Also, normal Wilhelmina should be a priority too, since her summer alt is set-up for her, so just replace summer Morpheah with normal Wilhemina on the 12 summon.
