Sure, but the question is: "Have I moved it more than 10 feet from point A?" If the devs wanted the glyph to not be able to be moved at all, they could have said that it couldn't be moved at all.
Another thought experiment: I can communicate with my familiar telepathically while I'm within 100 feet of it.
If I command my familiar to move inside a placed portable hole, can I then still communicate with it?
