If top/mid matchups were flipped, he'd have to give top scuttle, do second red side camps, recall. Should keep him at a lead since Kindred would still be farming. First drake will be much harder to get cuz of enemy mid pressure. So he'll either die for it and enemy team does drake, waste enough time for Kindred to get even, and that's generously assuming his top isn't turbo inting already or enemy Kindred hasn't started stealing camps with mid's help.
