I definitely started underperforming now, because my mental is so shot, but usually I have one team mate who gets a lot of kills, often assisted by me, then there's adc who's just trudging along in this meta, and then at least two lanes always, without fail, int their fucking mind off.
Even when we completely stomp early game or lane, these players are just incapable of judging fights and not throwing leads.
Emerald was genuinely elo hell, but now I feel even worse.
Majority of the time I feel like I don't deserve to lose, but of course I fuck up some games.
I might actually unironically blow my brains out if I go down to plat 4

Well my thoughts on illaoi as a whole is like theres some really big pain points on the champion, her Q is pretty much a cosmetic ability with regards to waveclear (maxing it wont result in casters being 1shot unless very fed) her E is one of the easiest skillshots to dodge in the game and skews her to significantly lower elo. Her mana is very weak so people are starting doran ring sometimes just to compensate for -3 tentaCOOL damage. Her passive basically forces her to camp in her sweetspots (2-3 tentacle spawn places) meaning her rotating to teamfights feels quite bad (which is okay but unless she can outduel duelist why even play her for sidelane). Her R while cool against range champs is basically useless.

She needs changes so she can be a champion, and when she had really good base stats she was like 57% winrate in literal bronze, but still barely positive in higher elo brackets. Like everything doesn't need to change but at some point something needs to change, whether it be giving her an extra passive that causes her to autocast a tentacle slam as she builds up a grit-like mechanic, however people are blinded by their hatred of phreak.

People don't always play at a certain level consistently, so there are people that go between the tiers in either direction all the time. I agree, the people in the middle tier show the most promise, because people at the top can't improve as much as they could. Honestly if you really suck at jungle and suck is of course relative (spearshot sucks at jungle to drututt but better than every poster here), I'd recommend by just starting in the practice tool and clearing top to bot as fast as possible, ESPECIALLY if your playing something like fiddle jungle who has a very unique clear. People use the rule of the 50%, if you are at 50% in the rank you are stuck in then that's the rank you deserve. However, there are more factors to it so it's not a reliable measure if you ask me.
In my perspective, the best way would be understanding what higher ranks do, and how they do it, and compare it to what you do in your games. Of course it's not "I do this X thing so I'm that good too!" No, those higher rank players have a level of execution you don't have, but being aware of how better you could do something is ground for improvement.

Coach rogue does have some little nuggets that most people dont know about, but yes these coaches cherrypick their games. Also quite frankly you can see his top and mid lane are autowinning at lvl 4. What he did lvl 4 with trying to double scuttle -> 2 more camps w/o recall I FEEL like is wrong if you flipped the mid and top matchups, hes running the risk of kindred just recalling and walking to raptors to contest with 2 longswords which you auto lose because item disadvantage.

Maybe a better jungler can correct me if im wrong.

Unfortunately this guy is currently the only league coach on youtube worth watching at all. Just about everyone else makes videos like "THE ONLY WAVE MANAGEMENT GUIDE YOU'LL EVER NEED" in which they explain you should shove wave before recalling if possible, which they'll somehow manage to stretch into 8 minutes of talking.
Other than that the only kind of useful information to find comes from onetricks explaining what they do when they play their champ.
