Look, if you've ever deployed an untonicked Camilla and she performed adequately, imagine deploying a reasonably trained Rinkah WITH an HP tonic. Rinkah will outperform that version of Camilla handily versus physical enemies, with slightly more HP and markedly more defense. The point of the comparison wasn't to suggest Rinkah is "as good" as Camilla, it was to say that her bulk is a nonissue and no one who has sincerely tried to use her can believe that it is.
