Cause Jean requires actual aim to be good with which a lot of Rivals players don't have compared to easy bullshit characters like Wolverine. Doesn't help her playstyle is in the same boring vain of poke Hela , but having a good Hela and Jean is really scary cause of their explosive hitscan passives.
