BDO is a fucking MMO released in 2016 on a budget of $1million USD.
It was made on a custom engine from the ground up.
Supports dynamic lighting, custom characters, weather including puddles and snow buildup, changing seasons, a worker node empire system, action combat, etc, etc

It was way ahead of its time and in its genre not a single game since has passed how impressive this game is.
Compared to most AAA games this one looks and plays better.

But it's p2w trash and I wouldn't recommend anyone play it. The game only serves as an example as how piss shit vidya devs have become.
