I started a previous thread about being a mentalcel and self-improving in various aspects in life, most importantly looks and wealth, and going with getting a loser girlfriend. The future goal with this loser girlfriend would be to reproduce with her and have her stay loyal / married to you for at least enough years for all the kids you would have with her to reach adulthood. I mentioned to make sure she's not too crazy or antisocial / dangerous or unintelligent or mentally incompatible with you. The idea would be to find a loser girl, like a druggie, who is essentially poor and stuck in life, essentially a broken girl, and rescue her from that life and essentially fix her up to an acceptable level. She would theoretically become very attached to you through this process and be impressed with your level of success and hopefully good looks as well.

There's a major problem with this. Imagine marrying a woman and thinking to yourself "She's such a trashy girl. She's unintelligent, uneducated, unskilled, and lacking any sophistication." Fucking hell. Brutal for you to come to the conclusion that such a woman is the best you could get. Women unintentionally create this situation themselves with hypergamy, but if you marry such a woman, you will have these thoughts at the back of your head. Ideally, she would be your equal, but getting your equal or better would purely be up to luck and statistically unlikely. You would probably be waiting forever and never end up marrying and reproducing, especially if it took you until 30 to self improve to a decent point and learn to live with your mental illness.
