Found this in my grandmother's old sewing kit, has to be maybe 40+ years old. Figured it would be a good start to a Mandela thread on here.

Id also like to say I believe it's some sort of CERN sci fi stuff to practice changing the past, or some sort of dimensional storm maybe. Has anyone noticed new things lately?
