The engine wouldn't "rev up" according to the auction. I assumed a blocked jet (I'm tearing apart the little Mikuni now) but could the extra oil prevent that as well?

I imagine the piston rings would be the first to go/blow if there was too little air(too much oil) in the crank case, right?

It's probably fine since it sounded okay idling before I started ripping into it, but I guess I need to learn how to rebuild a top end anyways if it's fucked.
