Set aside time for the gym everyday. Start off with a manageable amount and go, even if you're not feeling up for it at least try. You may find yourself accomplishing more than you'd expect. With fitness, something is always better than nothing and inactivity will destroy your progress. Try to set a normal sleeping schedule and stick to it. Maybe exercise a little before your bedtime to wear yourself out and look at electronics less before you go to bed. Drink plenty more water and rely on your sleep for your energy rather than caffeine. Godspeed, anon.
