Some people can enter deep meditative states after a month of just doing simple meditation with no hemisync or anything, others can meditate for 10 years using all kinds of support and won't be able to enter any state or achieve anything.

Others fare well using the body as an object of meditation (and many may also find it useful to regulate it by relaxing the muscles/nervous system and the breath), others fare well by using mantras or images, others just "focus".

It's not the same for everyone, turn off screens for a week or so and listen to your gut about what the right meditation is for you.
