He's still projecting to be sending Starships to Mars next year, and multiple Starships in space doing refueling, and on the moon.
This is despite there NEVER having been a Starship being launched out of orbit, nor both parts being successfully recovered and reused, or sending a payout into space. It couldn't even doing a static fire test without exploding, destroying the launch pad and fuel depots.
