how do japanese artists ACTUALLY draw the head? Every time I look it up on youtube I just get a bunch of westoids that do some variation of the Loomis head and it never looks quite right. What proportions do they use? I was watching Try draw (picrel) and it seemed like he started with a small ball, added the face and jaw, and then added more mass to the top of the ball to form the rest of the head.
