It has reverb, but that's like the least impressive thing about it. FMOD Studio itself is actually pretty amazing, but where it falls apart is the Unity integration and in the subtle ways it'll slowly destroy your project and drive you mad. In theory, if you were enginedev (or wrote your own implementation from scratch, which is possible) you might be able to work around those problems, or at least you'd only have yourself to blame when something goes wrong.
