Guilty probably doesn't want to add into an already pretty "dark" series, the topic of what will happen to the child after she is born.

Especially if the child turns out to be a girl...

Although, Guilty did some "mother daughter" bonding scene's in the past, but a girl born in a "slave" environment is imo another level of a "messed up" situations.
