Oh man, if only there was a way you could know there was a drone there before it got close enough for you to see yourself. Some sort of established procedure you could train for, maybe including a contingency for when you couldn't communicate by radio or when distance and ambient noise prevented you from hearing a shouted voice.
Or you know, the whole thing could be for dealing with quadcopters besides FPVs, like reconnaissance or signal repeating drones.
