I break diets into multiple phases with diet breaks. I also bulked last year and am at the end of a cut.

I have abs again and did it eating sushi, pizza, and fried chicken because Im able to look at my diet in its totality rather than coming at it from a moral perspective. I fit those foods into an overall meal plan thats grounded by clean healthy meals (yogurt, turkey, chili, vegetables, protein ice cream, oatmeal), less bad choices (chickfila sandwiches and salads eith light dressings), and the occasional treat (neopolitan pizza and sushi). Gonna go grab a pizza now.
