Using the Ultra characters is kind of cheating. They're poorly tested and half-finished. Rolento being able to throw knives while being one inch off the ground is the perfect example, there's a good reason Akuma needs a proper jump arc to toss a fireball.
Street Fighter 4 would be FAR more fondly remembered if the final update was AE2012.
