This one is a blatant ripoff of that one episode of Breaking Bad where they bikelock a guy's neck to a pole in the basement. But it's an anime girl instead of a mexican drug dealer.

The protagonist has amnesia so he doesn't know WHY some girl is locked in the basement with him.
