i remember like 3 years ago now, maybe a bit more now watching matt vs japan videos about how to learn japanese. i remember him saying that learning japanese doesn't make your life better and i was like lol whatev ill become a translator and a saviour to EOPs and work at some video game company maybe or something. well it's 3 years later and it's pretty cool watching raw anime and reading japanese LNs all day but man he sorta was right im still just a neet. i don't really regret the time but i was such a fool thinking anything would change.
